Fishing Reports

Out wide the other day and  caught a few good sized skipjack tuna and puka.. Dagged plastic there and back, but no takers.

The weekend fired up for the crew on Oddesy - four marlin just off Whangaroa, so the fish are still around in good numbers,

Good snapper fishing in the weekend ,Whangaroa Big Game Fishing Club snapper competion was taken out with a 8.7kg fish on 10kg by our fish smoker/ canner Nick Dupain and reports of bigger fish being caught the next day, happens all the time.

Plenty of kings around and some good sized ones.
