Fishing Reports

The marlin are still around in good numbers,and the fish brought in are fat,

Just a bit of winter going through at the moment,but should improve soon.

The kings are fat and some good sized ones been taken with bothspeed jigs and live baits.

Snapper fishing has been a bit patchy, but some good ones taken in deeper water on live bait while targeting kings. A few nice john dory around and they're well worth targeting if you're snapper fishing in and around the foul. Having a livey out will do the trick and you might just pick up a King or XXL snapper as well.

Reports of good bluenose and hapuku taken in the deeper water. Plenty of large bait fish in the harbour including some slimy mackeral.
