Fishing Reports

First marlin tagged and released the other day, skippies around and plenty of Albacore. Live baiting and speed jigging have scored some good kings [20kg +] in the deeper water,with puka as a very welcome the by-catch.

Still good snapper on the sand off Taupo and Tauranga bays and a few tarakihi,

Lot of school sharks around and we've had a large blue shark hanging around, biggest Ive seen for a few years, and the plus is -- the weather is good
