Fishing Reports

Wednesday the 5th November onborad Double Rum with Brett,Gary and Russell.

35 - 40 knot south west winds in the Hauraki Gulf, 3 mtr short chop , wind against the tide,not pleasant conditions. Still, many birds flying around ,they were looking for fish and so were we. Plenty of fish on the sounder but we were unable to get lines to the bottom.

Came into  shelter just off Tiri Tiri.Beautiful calm conditions. Fished 12 mtrs deep. Soft baits were not working.

Pilchards were getting smacked right away on floating lines. Hundreds of little Kawahi ,great fun.

Everyone onboard had a great time.
