Fishing Reports

The fishing over the last month has been great. We have had puka of 65, 70, 80 and 100lb s on the west coast and superb bluenose fishing with patches of bass and puka every now and then to add spice to the mix at nicholsons trench.

Warehou have turned up at fishermans rock, the other day we caught a good number to 15lbs. Mark pandelidis caught an 8kg snapper at turakerei head the other day . inshore fishing has been great some days a n tough on others. our vessel melicent has been busy with sounds trips  and daniel has been busy at the trench.

There have been some huge kingis out at hunters bank and kapiti. they have been caught to 60lb. Miramar wharf has been producing snapper most weeks around the 1 - 4kg size.
