Fishing ReportsThe Store Report for Sept 4-7Good morning, well we have been blessed with a great weekend one of the best for a while and the fishing wasnt too bad either. This week has started with a bang also with some sunshine to spoil us and a cooler southerly sweep that is going to be around for tues and then perhaps clearing and getting fine, wed through to ffriday looking even better with little wind and lots of sunshine. Rain is forecast to fall on tuesday and be heavy, but that is hard to determine at this stage as it often tends to push off towards the coast. This week often sees less pressure with lots of other activities such as primary and sec school ski races and school trips that take up the time of those that would like to be on the water! The pressure easing allows those that perhaps tend to fish the latter part of the season if you could call it that some good water to fish across. There are certainly no lack of fish, all rivers and smaller tributaries are fishing as I write, fish moving, some fresher than others, but the lack of pressure allowing anglers a good variety of water to fish too. River mouths will be a welcome spot with wind easing and overnight cover earlier in the week and then clearing to frosty conditions as the week ends. Feel free to call anytime cheers stella for accom or for an update cheers stella 073868953 of peteandstella@thestore.co.nz From
