Fishing Reports

What a mix,wind and sand in great quantities .If anyone would like to sample wind,go to White Rock in a N/W gale,but dont get out of your car!,forget all about fishing,look at the view,then turn around and come back at a later date!

Having said that, some people never learn and put up with it and caught some good sized Spotty Sharks for their suffering, other members hit the sack! Jim Livingston landed two nice ones,one of 8.22kg and another of 6.7kg which gave him the Hunting and Fishing Wai voucher for $25 (that should buy you another Cray for bait Jim)

        There were 12 members who turned up,and all caught fish,a few Gurnard,some of which were cooked for tea, Kahawai, Lemons, Red Cod, and Wrasse, it's a pity the wind spoilt the fishing but thats fishing for you, Take it as it comes!
