Fishing Reports

Flooding,slips, road closures,sea the colour of Milo,not ideal conditions to go fishing. But five members fished Castlepoint Reef and one Jnr fished Lake Ferry. the water colour made no difference as the fish were on the bite.

Red Cod, Spiny Dogs, Kahawai, Conger Eels,one too big to handle,estimated 20kg(huge)and some big Carpet Sharks. Laurance caught Kahawai and Spiny Dogs from the Lake Ferry outlet, as the carpark was slowly beginning to be washed away!! Good effort guys and gals,Wayne piled up some points that will take some catching up.........Cheers Mal
