Fishing Reports

Water Temperature is up, 19 degree readings in the Goat Island Marine Reserve and 17-18 degrees off shore in the Hauraki Gulf.

With the warmer temperture comes the urge to dust off the dive gear so make sure it has been serviced for the season so you aren't disappointed when it dosen't work quite like it should on the day!

We are experiencing excllent conditions and visibility after the rain and wind of early December and it looks to be great up to Christmas into the New Year,...2006.

The scallops are still big and fat and easy to get and we have been seeing good amounts of crayfish around showing the breeding stock in our area is managing well.
