Fishing Reports

After 2 long weekends here in Marlborough, Labour Day and Marlborough Anniversary its back to normal diving.

Scallops are still great but you better be in quick as I have seen the commercial guys out in the Queen Charlotte Sound so that might have some effect on how many we get in the following months.

Crays are out in big numbers with lots of females about with the odd male scattered amongst them. Still one or two soft ones about.

Remember to check the weather before you go out. If its north to northwest, the east coast is more sheltered and if south to southeast, the outer Queen Charlotte and top of the sounds will be more suitable.
