After being with Telecom now aka Spark for more than 20 yrs. we feel much the same about them Kev & are trying to decide who we will move to.
We are sick & tired of receiving add on charges on our account that we have no idea what they are for unless we ring them.
What REALLY pees us off is if you do ring them & manage to get through all the automated reply system
then you are told you can expect at best a call back within the next 6 hrs. or so when invariably you are not there so need to begin the process all over again.
Then there is the extra charge for paying your account at the PO or any way other than via the internet.
I cannot believe an operation with the audacity to call itself a communicator "service provider" then makes it near impossible to speak to anyone within their own system then not only loads on unwanted services then charge extra for them finally charging you xtra to pay your account other than via the internet or impose a penalty if a mere day late paying.
The only reason we have not changed up until now is our reluctance to change our e-mail addy but have come to the conclusion that it would be well worth doing so to finally jettison spark.
