This is a quick and easy way to cook snapper (any fish really) with seafood in a tomato broth. Especially good for camping as it is easy without mucking about cooking lots of different parts of the dish beforehand.
Add a bit of chilli for extra spice....


A king on the bricks is worth 5 in a boat.

Looks great we do similar but add chorizo for spice and meatyness! Thumbs Up
