GT Kontiki Beach Trolley ideas

I have just purchased a GT Kontiki full set up with the special the are running at the moment, but they do not make the beach trolleys for the full set up any more.  As a result I am going to get a local engineer to build me something that can carry everything on it.
Does anyone have any trolleys that they have custom built that they don't mind sharing any pics of?  or even some close up shots of the older versions? 
 
Also interested to hear thoughts on 2 vs 3 wheels
