Made the haul from Wellington to fish the Beach and Boat in Ruakaka this weekend just gone, loved it, but same old story... without local knowledge, we struggled! Caught a bloody Tarakihi and a few Blue Cod... left Wellington to get away from these things! Loads of Snapper, but under 40cm.. fishery seems healthy!
