Hey Guys,
 
Since South Auckland is my local area for fishing I am slowly exhausting areas to fish, i've fished the Kawakawa Bay area, haven't found that spot x that works for me. I am looking to try Maraetai and its surrounding bays has anyone fished here before? see map below... duder regional park? Is it even worth me trying it out? Cheers in advance guys

the area around duders is very shallow. and lots of small sharks. never had much luck there myself. maybe a very high tide on dark might produce?

Mate lives right on Omana next 1 around from Maraetai.
We have fished the beach and rocks around there at different times and caught a few but nothing huge.
Place gets hammered in summer day and night..a big Snapper was pulled in early this year though so ya neva know like most places.

right out on the very tip is some ok water, would try there.
