I was hoping to get some feedback on the info around ripcharts tutorials.

Even though I've used SSTs I've still found the understanding not quite gelling as an overall picture of zones to hunt.
That's why I have a Geoff.
But seriously...

Will many here use them (SSTs) and or recognise them as part of the arsenal of tools we use/need in the pursuit of visiting pelagics.
Just cruising in my now sweetas pimped out Southern 755 HT0!

look for the blue hot empty water with a strong break close to structure. and just kick back and don't stress the Blue will find you. don't even worry about bait.

I love your optimism and insight Paul.

However as of today's shots that refer to the tip of the north island there is blue and purple in an elongated shape.

What temp is the purple in that quadrant?

Good call mattoo.i have also invested in SSts for the coming season and have to say I'm guessing at best.
