As in the Apex model, the All American 941.
Seems like all the prepper YT folk agree this is the global world standard of PCs(pressure caners).
Combined with a vacuum chamber food sealer and a high HP meat grinder, one is all set to to rock, food preservation wise.
It`s just the price of the glass jars that is the killer here in NZ,like most items.
I dig the fact that no freezer (electricity) for storage is required.
That 941 can process 19 kgs of meat per 1.5 hours cook time in those jars.
With up to a 3 + years shelf life correctly stored.
Don`t knock those USA preppers.
They now number approx 4 Million according to many sources.
Numbers exploded after Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
No tap water, sewage, power etc for weeks at a time, makes perfect sense to me.
Canterbury earthquakes ring a bell to those closer to home perhaps?
The price tag for the above mentioned would require a syndicate club realistically for most people I would guess.
Peace.Via superior firepower..
