A long shot but am looking for a contact number for these "invisible" chaps.
They are an Asian based company but have a local depot & an email address that dosen't seem to have a reply button.

Ok, we can all relax.
My package arrived this arvo, 6.5 days late but sadly I wasn't here to scope out what courier delivered it.
3 days China to Auck, 6.5 days Auck to Tauranga...& I paid premium $'s for quick delivery

You think that's bad Uncle. Try Fastways so called overnight service from Taupo to Auckland.

We sent 2 butchered and chilled (in polystryrene) deer that we shot from Taupo to our home in Auckland last week. It ended up going via Whangarei and 4 days later turned up on our doorstep never having been chilled on the way (despite the keep chilled stickers all over it). Meat had to be chucked. Fastways then told us to read the fine print which says no come back at all on perishable product. - They were more than happy to pick up up and commit to overnight delivery.

Useless w@@nkers - stay away from them.
