I read about this but the video link is awesome and sobering - he was honking along.  In the herald article the victims claim skipper was on phone, skipper claimed that he could not see them as to low from his seat and he had a disability - yeah right! why was he honking along then?
As a judge in court with that footage I would be awarding damages to the victims!
Good fishing trip nothing breaks, great trip catch fish.
