Good boats..
The 200hp is well powered for good around 28/32 kt cruising and will be excellent handling in chop, bars, wakes etc
The 130 under powered but a very economical slower plaining cruise... but will not handle the same rough sea as as well at higher speeds as a well powered unit.
175 would be about as min power as should go. Even then the handling between a 175 powered and 200 will be significant.
Much depends on the performance expectations of the end user.
If going to be loading up with heavy gear, dive tanks and such, .. using to pull the children/ skiers around the harbour .. or general fishing/ use.. heading out to the barrier for the weekend or what combinations of the above... what cruise speed expectations are.
The question is sort of like..."I want to buy a tractor 200hp petrol or 130 hp diesel" without stating if going to be used for just towing boats around a yard/ from the bach to the ramp or deep ploughing a heavy clay paddock.
