There are always base models from taxidermists which may be an option.

I saw somewhere that if you wrap it in a wet towel and freeze they are fine for a year or so giving you time to get them done. ill have a search

Hi Jonny. Had one done by a guy in Henderson. Really good job, saves the jaw, scales the lot. Only thing extra was the eye. He was advertising in the NZ Fishing mag at the back. Sorry no number, was about $700 off memory. Will add a pic as well. Cheers Matta.
