We have my sky and a few months ago they upgraded a lot of stuff....I still dont like it, but thats NOT what this is about.
We have been booking/ series link then these links would disappear.
And could only series link some of the programs, regardless of the time showing
Replay our booked programs and the recording finishes early.
And the sky program thingy just plain damn laggy
Anyway we have been going in circles in recent weeks TILL NOW... couple minutes ago
On the phone to sky, and she talked my wife thru pressing some buttons and apparently she resent some stuff sky end.
All of the issues are to do with bugs in the upgrade couple months ago according to the very helpful person at sky on the phone....
Now all the lag has gone, real fast.
All programs series link.
At this point we ASSUME:
that the series links will not drop out and the finish early problem has gone.
And not only that (sounds like an info commercial
) they will come out later in the week to replace our my sky and the second unit with an upgraded unit.
So I ask.. Why is this information NOT been put out to customers...instead we must ring in individually and find out...which the lady at sky agreed.
Anyway hope this helps any of you out there that have been getting these intermittent annoyances .
