Hi there

I'm planning to take the family to Garden Cove this summer. There is a big rock at the entrance of the cove and I wonder which approach is safest, to the right or left? Is it possible to enter/leave at low tide? Anything else I should be aware of?

Cheers
Holx

Go the side that looks wrong...the narrow side...have a look at it on google earth  or google maps...
There is only room in there for a couple boats to moor over night.
tend to use mid tide up... depends very much on the draft of your boat.

Yep as steps has said, but watch if there are several boats in there not a lot of room for another so if your talking launch may not be able to turn around
