its your luckey day, i am under clear instruction from the wife (boss) that i have to sell some off my fishing gear, i have a few new reels and alot of large lures and a lowrance fish finder all brand new  she says i have a problem) 

so first up for offer is my penn torgue trqs7-b spinning reel i paid $950 for it new 3 months ago 

asking $350 0n0

Try ringing the bank to and see if they can help as they must have details for him, if they are the correct ones too. and the police..
Reel sounded awfully cheap too..

Looks like total time on site was around 5 1/2 hours, no email address given on sign-up and I doubt that "steve m" is his real name either.
Good luck with tracking via IP address, unfortunately the bank may not be able to do much to investigate the transaction without a police crime report

As black belt moddy you should be able to see all his IP addresses he connected with - it may help if he wasn't using cafe's to hook up

I would personally like to see his testicles used for snapper bait
