There is a good reason to support this cause, New Zealand has the highest melanoma incidence rate in the world. Every year over 300 New Zealanders die from melanoma and there are 4000 newly diagnosed. All money raised from the ‘Big Grill’ will be used for patient support, research, education programs, and advocacy.

Melanoma New Zealand is a registered charitable trust. Our mission is to prevent avoidable deaths from melanoma and support those affected by it. Melanoma NZ is the only melanoma specific consumer group operating in this country and it receives no government funding; all campaigns and initiatives are made possible through the generosity of ambassadors, sponsors, fundraisers and donors.
