We specialize in sport fishing in the waitemata harbour, Hauraki gulf and outer islands targeting Snapper, Tarakihi, John Dory, Kahawai, Trevally, Gurnard, Hapuku and Yellowtail Kingfish using soft plastic baits, madai in chiku & en getsu jigs, knife jigs, poppers, stick baits, and trolling lures.
Catering from beginners to advanced fisho's we offer free tuition on all the latest techniques to help you enjoy an exciting and successful day's fishing and greatly increase your chances of landing that fish of a lifetime.
We also regularly fish with good old bait and berley, especially live baits.
Bait and berley are supplied for you at wholesale prices.
Salt ice is supplied to keep your catch and your drinks cold and we allow alcohol to be consumed responsibly.
With a gas cooker onboard and your skipper also being a qualified chef you have the option of bringing your own food or you can request catering when you make a booking
We offer dive charters as well under the watchful eye of a very experienced dive instructor.

Boat Details:
Our vessel 'Slayer' is a 6m alluminium hard top sport fishing boat powered by a 4 stroke Honda VTEC outboard which is very quiet and fume free.
We can cruise at over 25 knots allowing us to get you onto the fish fast and making the outer gulf accessible for half day charters.
Onboard there's plenty of rod holders to hold all the quality gear supplied , a live bait tank, dive tank racks, dive ladder, two squabs in the cabin for resting and a toilet.
We use top of the line Navman G.P.S. and sonar to hunt down the fish and we have plenty of secret fishing spots that we have accumulated over the years
You can also bring along your ipod to play in our fusion sound system

We have the latest Shmano rods & reels onboard for you to use and are all supplied FREE OF CHARGE!
5-8 kg Backbone Elite /Stradic 4000 ci4 reel for softbaiting
6-10 kg Backbone Elite /Charter Special for slow jigging & bait fishing
24-37 kg Backbone Elite oh jig / Torium 20 with upgraded drags for speed / mechanical jigging, livebaiting & trolling.
24-37 kg Backbone Elite /spheros 14000 for poppers & stick baiting.
Available for hire are Offshore rods, Trinidad 12A/16NA , Stella FE & Saragosa 18000 reels
All reels are spooled with Suffix perfromance braid
We have invested thousands of dollars in all the latest tackle to provide you with every option on the day
Gimbal belts are also supplied free of charge
Safety Equipment:
We rebuilt the boat at the Marco factory to ensure quality and have added excessive amounts of buoyancy to the hull as well as all the safety enhancements required by Maritime NZ.
Rest assured you are in safe hands from trained, qualified and experienced crew on an extremely safe vessel with a comprehensive maintenance and safety plan in effect.
