Hey all, can someone please quote me a price on a brand new original Bradley Smoker. A guy i know won one and asked me if I'd buy it but I have no idea what price range they are.
He said they're about 800 and he said he'll sell it to me for 500.
is this about right?

Don't dismiss the old fashioned methods too swiftly.

The modern smoker is heaps more convenient and is probably more consistent, but you can still get fabulous results out of a bit of salt, sugar and some logs you set on fire with a match.

It isn't rocket surgery

Excellent, thanks very much for all your comments.
Just one thing, does this particular model do cold smoking?
I've always wanted try that out. I have a multikai cooker and a spit roaster and obviously they are hot smokers/cookers. I've seen a lot of threads that show people's attempts at slow cooking and they look beautiful.
