Picture Quality?
I have uploaded a good quality 16 megapixal pic from camera to computer to site, without resizing it first. The result is a fuzzy image, the trout in this is very poor compared to original
Would resizing before upload correct the quality shift?

It should do - if you resize to a resolution of anything under 2000 pixels it should get the file size down and will upload a lot faster too.

I have a Vodafone android phone and I'm trying to upload photos taken on the phone. I've created a new file as instructed but can't seem to proceed any further. I've clicked on the little tree thingi, get page with UPLOAD FILE in the top left. Nothing happens. Plz help.
PS I'm no techco or computer wiz, just a builder.

Hmmm I can't post a picture either. Seems to be a common complaint.

I can get it uploaded as per instruction but it won't "Preview".

Any ideas folks?

Am on IE7 (I think).

Edit: I have solved my problem. I re-named the pic when I downloaded it from phone. Apparently the forums File Manager doesn't like that.
I re-downloaded it with the original name and it has uploaded and views ok. Lesson learned.

Cheers.

Since the latest upgrade it is a lottery for me whether I can successfully post a pic. The pics are all small sized jpegs, I can load them to the fishnet drive but transferring from there to the fishnet webpage is a totally lucky dip, sometimes it take 4,5 m ore than 6 attempts.

Sometimes I quit come back try ahgain, no go and then wiat and wait, try again and sometimes success.

I even tried renaming the pics to short names...

I just tried right now and same again I gave up after 5 attempts.

Ok. Just reporting back what I could 'see' in case it was different to what you'd posted as 'tests'.
