So a few years since this debate was started.
Im keen to find out other peoples experience using a Talica 16 II speed setup loaded with 50Lb braid for Marlin fishing.
Looking at moving away from my Tiagra 50w combos.

Thoughts please.

Is the drag curve on the 25 more progressive ( less steep) on the 25 as opposed to the 16?

Don't most Talica's come with 2 cams, one is a "braid" cam that is very aggressive, the other being the "mono"/"tournament" cam which is more linear?

Don't most Talica's come with 2 cams, one is a "braid" cam that is very aggressive, the other being the "mono"/"tournament" cam which is more linear?

My 20 didn't
