Definitely the cats pyjamas! The transducer setup looks very practical and a well thought out solution. Yes, much fishing to be done, very enjoyably I would say Clap

The rod holders...vertical or angled?

Rod holders are all angled, across the transom angle backwards, in corners to the side too to give a spread.
Got a few more pics from one of the otehr guys on the other boat, thought I would pop a few up here....
...bespoke is looking bloody good....
But Ramonalola is just awesome too!
Cuts along beautifully...
..even just on the one motor.

Oh...we re-propped with 14x19" props, as the 17" props were letting her over rev, hitting the limiter at 6500, so now the 19s have brought that back to 6050rpm wide open, still at 35kn, which for 8m is pretty damn quick let me tell you, same figures as for the smaller props at wot, but at lower revs performance has picked up too, she gets out of the hole immediately now, no problems at all and at 4000 rpm she sits on 22kn, which is where I would imagine we will run her most of the time. That was also sitting on 1.8nm/l too going to the motors (each), which is pretty darn good. Full chat she is sucking 1nm/l, according to the NMEA data from the motor.
All in All, have to say I am pretty darn impressed eh.

Now there is a very good question....I have no idea! Lol with motors and all those folks aboard, well over two tonnes I would say.. She has a 6mm hull, 5 mm sides, 4 mm interiors, with an extra 6mm keel strip, giving 12mm tin along the keel, so she is hardly a light boat.

12mm keel. You obviously are experienced in the tropics and how boats get treated. A very well thought out boat. Credit to you Capt A.

Capt interested to see you have independent titling on a twin rig.  Do you have one or two steering rams?  if you don't mind sharing I'd love to see some closer photos of the steering ram(s) set up.

We've got independent trimming on a twin rig at work.

In short the Hydraulic steering controls one engine and the other just has a link arm which connects the motors together. Does that explain it?

That's what I have too, but mine doesn't allow independent trimming because of the solid tie bar connecting the two engines  - to tilt one motor independently you have to torsion the tie bar.

It's the details of the ram and tie bar I am struggling with.

I going to guess the ram is one of those bull horn/front mounted units.

The tie bar would need to pivot in the horizontal plane both ends and I can see those pivots in the photos.

Does the tie bar also incorporate some sort of swivel to allow it to rotate?
