We have a very large Kaikoura lawn and in winter it can get verry wet which makes it inpossable to mow for weeks on end so there for we need quite a grunty one that can hack long grass

Good running order a must driect drive prefured over belt

We are looking at spending 1500 ish maybe a little more for the right one

I was looking a while back at ride on around that budget.. and also to double as turning the boat and parking in the back yard.. on paving/ concrete.
The only unit that can tow.. turn is the 4 wheel drive kubuta.
Which is designed to mow area as u describe without chewing up lawn when going tight around objects/ cnrs
The down side.. there is no way one can pick up a suitable kubota unit, even with stuffed mower at that budget. Which Im sure u would realise from trademe.
