Ok so went with the 600nn DFS could not believe the amount of brakes in particular the tiny bit from strike to sunset. I had several good fish around the 18-20kg which were seriously headed for the reef on strike then pushed to sunset & stopped them dead got a few turns then back to strike & all good fish in the boat.
Must just give a couple of shout outs to Greg from go fish who looked after me with the reel n braid. Cheers Greg!! Highly recommend Greg he's a very knowledgable fisho but doesn't push anything onto you & he carries a huge range of gear some stuff I have never seen anywhere else.
Also Epic for yet another fantastic days fishing & in particular our skipper Nick who did a great job keeping us on the fish all day, having a keen sense of humour & working his arse off. Good on ya Nick & thanks for a wonderful day.
So all up about 30 kings & 8 good eating snapper, 4 very exhausted fishos & a safe trip home. Happy days!!
Cheers Pete

Just a quick bit of humour to share with you. A boat full of guys were "jigging" in the same area as us & not catching anything when one guy shouts out to us you guys are lucky! WELL LUCKY NO!! we had the right gear they had some gumpy as reels 7" rods n mono. We also had a crack skipper who very effectively kept the boat positioned so we had a vertical attitude on our lines, these guys were trying to jig with their lines off to a big angle. No fish v's 30 fish! THATS NOT LUCK MATE!!!
If your a jigger or if you want to try it to see if it's for you make a booking with Epic you won't regret it.

Fanboy? far from it....

how many reels other than accurate have you actually owned? caught big fish on? how much jigging do you actually do... not much Im guessing. just like a lot of these other bias opinions in this thread

I have owned three accurate bx reels and fished them hard and sure they are good reels just like I said I prefer the JM's

anyway good to hear your happy with your choice PE pete they make great reels and the boy on epic sure know how to catch fish
