Rego is not expensive, it is after all only for the trailer. WOF are normally around the $45 mark,

Whiti-fisho is correct $35.79 for trailor registration (12 months) and wof is normally around the $40 mark which lasts for six months on a trailor 5 years and older or 12 months on new trailer up to 5 years.

$45Confused I need to put up my prices. Car WOF we are $45 but a trailer should only be around the $30 mark. There is no set price on WOF inspections so can pay to shop around. New Lynn you'll probably find car WOF inspections for $20, but you might fail miserablyWink

Pretty sure you can't ..... then again why would you want to unless of course
you wanted to park it on the road ... even then you would need adequate
lighting etc.

There is no WOF or REGO for the boat, it is basically a load on your trailer.

What kind of trailer did you get mate? Mine is in a sorry state and I am trying to decide if I should replace it or grind, POR15, cold-galv etc. Want to get rid of the carpet skids and fit a pair of quad-wobbly-rollers at the back as well. Boat is a 12' fiberglass pontoon boat.

Reckon it must be due to the "sunshine" wage rates.

Just to ensure there is no confusion here (we do come across it from time to time) a VHF call sign registration is NOT the same as a Coastguard membership.

Nor is buying a ticket in the Coastguard Lottery (I kid you not!)
