5000gold higher ratio than the p version is that the only internal difference?

Yes - the main gear is 2mm larger in dia. giving a higher gear ratio.

lost cellphone coverage half way through the story all i got was the
ocea if fooked it blew up i only caught 5 20+kg kingies and then got
smashed by two monsters and then boom crackle crackle
