I was thinking that seeing as how they've got such "sports" as softball, beach volleyball, ping pong and BMX riding, isn't it about time that FISHING was included into the Olympic Games?

That'll stuff 'em.

Yeah Coro
The way things are going with the introduction of so many
obscure "sports" one can but wonder how long before we
see "syncronised flatulence" introduced as an event?

Or how about a womens' marathon nagging section, I am
sure many of us guys would consider our wives to be a
gold medal prospect.

I reckon they need to introduce throwing rocks at unpopular pm's as an event.

Imagine it... Clark, Mugabe etc etc

What's the cheapest type of meat? Dear balls. They're under a buck.

Ah well rocko, over to us guys then, to train for the first event.

Care to join me in a prepartory training stategy involving a
regular daily intake of baked beans?

Who knows, our practice sessions may even provoke our wives
into training for their specialised event!

 Cheers

Syncronised Jigging? Used to be a champ at High School for that. But you're right, someone always mucked it up in the end.

Pete Montgomery commentary on the dutch oven event:

"well the're into it"

"really laying into now"

"and she's starting to make a move coming over the top"

"she's on top, I don't know how long he can live there"

"he'll be hanging out for the down wind leg"

"Approaching the top mark, this is going to be awkward....."

" there's the yellow protest flag, must be the cury from the night before"

" there will be stink about this"

"well, dear oh dear who would have thought.........."
