Fishing World thanks,
Well done Jason and the Stanton family fishing out of Whakatane.

just go's to show if your keen enough it can be done,

one thing to learn from this i would rather the fish was a little more worn out,
but in saying that lets look at what sort of strain is being applied to that trace.

Thanks for everything you did for us Eric. may you rest in peace, You were one of the real legends of NZ recreational fishing

Was certainly still fresh - expecting it to jump on-board
Love the bit "the gaff the gaff" and out come the pliers.

Well done

funny how quickly these things go by, the longer version is better,
Cheers MarkE, getting old could account for not remembering...
still it was well worth the re-watch, hope it gets those that are keen a chance to see what they are in for..

I have a 430 stabi , 4.3 meters and catch a few marlin.Have fished a lot on bigger boats and find it more fun on my wee boat with exception to getting wet when the wind picks up .
if its not worth eating its not worth killing
