Hi.
What are peoples views on this Grabone deal.
My daughter likes Kayaking and fishing. However she has done very little sea Kayaking let alone fishing from a Kayak.
Any advice on this deal would be appreciate with regards to safety/buoyancy or any other things you think relevant for a nubie.

That's darn heavy for a small kayak.  Short, fat, heavy, probably stable enough and possibly a bit of a brute to paddle in wind for a girl.  Just my first take. Don't know the brand, but you can do better with some of the deals on TM.  Some of the smaller (under 4m) Viking options are good for a starter yak.
An example:

Hey V8- I can't help but look at things from a worst case scenario- So I'd want to have complete faith in the craft I'm on, or more importantly that my kids are in, so I'd personally steer towards a Kiwi brand that sticks by its quality and craftmanship. Might be a bit more expensive- but good having that piece of mind :-)
