Seems some nice fish were caught yesterday, looking awesome for the Top Ten Tuna comp today...seems there are some issues with Ch 61 however....good luck all those fishing today.

Mat on 2 buoys got 32kg shortbill spearfish yesterday from tairua. Weighed at bowentown and apparently 700gm short of nz record so must have been on 24 line. I wonder what it would have weighed a few hours earlier.
