Sole - Bev's style

Ingredients

1 fillet of sole per person
Rosemary
Salt
Flour
Spring onions
Parsley
Slivered almonds
Lemon
Butter/oil

Method

Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and flour.
Fry gently in oil and butter.

In butter, cook spring onions, chopped parsley and 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds.

Add juice and grated rind of half a lemon.
Pour over sole.

Yummy!
