Repairs and Maintenance

After many years of gathering many types of reels for the different types of fishing that I do. I was finding it hard to remember when I last serviced which reels and what repairs or replacement parts I had fitted to the reel, such as drag washers,new line , or just a clean and grease.

I then decided to create an XL spreadsheet for each reel on my PC which lets me keep track of all of these repairs and also dates of line replacement and parts fitted etc. This has been brilliant for my game reels to ensure I have good quality line each year and a reel that runs smooth with no corrosion issues.
